Starting point:
A garage conversion was needed for a child who had physical and mental disabilities. Bambers was successful in tendering for the work, which was jointly funded by two local authorities due to the value exceeding the usual threshold.

Work carried out:
The project involved converting an unused garage into a bedroom and wet room tailored specifically to the client’s needs. The wet room area included an Astor Bannerman rise and fall bath, as well as a hoist and low-profile ceiling track fitted onto a reinforced ceiling.

Result:
The client was delighted with the end result, which included a ramp leading to the front door to ensure the property was accessible from the driveway where their adapted car would park.
