Bambers Building Contractors is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for SME Employer of the Year at the B&FC Apprenticeship Awards 2026.

As part of the judging process, members of our team, Laura and Kelly, attended a panel session at Blackpool Football Club on Friday 17 April. The session provided an opportunity to meet with the judges and discuss our apprenticeship programme, sharing insights into how we support and develop apprentices across the business.

Being shortlisted in what is a highly competitive category is a significant achievement and reflects our continued commitment to investing in people, nurturing talent, and creating meaningful career pathways within the construction industry.

Our apprenticeship programme plays a key role in supporting both new entrants and existing staff, helping to build skills, strengthen our workforce, and deliver high quality services to our clients and communities.

We are incredibly proud of all our apprentices and the teams who support them. This recognition is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the positive impact they make every day.
