Project Summary

Introduction

Bambers were appointed to deliver a full programme of internal and façade improvement works at Units 4, 6, and 8 Edward Street a prominent mixed use building located in the heart of the town centre.
This project formed part of Blackpool’s Quality Corridors initiative, a series of regeneration schemes aimed at improving the quality, energy performance, and visual appeal of key commercial areas.

Project Overview

Phased Regeneration Delivery

The works were delivered in two phases, with a gap between the external and internal elements while additional funding was secured.
This phased delivery approach allowed the team to coordinate seamlessly with the local authority, ensuring the project remained on track while aligning with broader regeneration timelines.
