Improvement works have commenced at Scorton Avenue, Blackpool, in conjunction with Blackpool Coastal Housing and the Cosy Homes Initiative.

Our scope of works includes:
Replacing all existing windows with triple glazed uPVC units
Installing a range of energy efficient measures
Fitting high heat retention storage heaters
Upgrading to an energy efficient hot water system
Adding external panelling with insulation between the panelling and building to enhance thermal performance

These improvements will significantly increase the properties’ energy efficiency, helping each home achieve an upgraded EPC rating. The project will create warmer, greener, and more sustainable homes for residents across the community.
