Commissioned to improve daily living conditions for a vulnerable resident, the works included a single storey rear extension, internal remodelling, and external landscaping all designed to enhance independence and comfort.

Delivered over a structured 24 week programme, ensuring seamless coordination between site operations, design teams, and care providers. This project involved the transformation of an occupied residential property into a fully accessible, future proofed living environment. Through careful planning, collaborative working and a strong focus on the end user’s needs, Bambers successfully delivered a scheme that enhances independence, improves daily functionality, and provides long term value for both the client and resident.
